We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join a fast paced and dynamic organisation based in Amsterdam Noord. Our Customer Success Manager is the heart of our organization, being the bridge between our users and the business. The ideal candidate will embody a customer-first mindset and enjoy building and maintaining relationships. The candidate will also enjoy chasing answers, diving deep into troubleshooting and working with their peers to share solutions and raise the bar for the entire team. 

Job requirements

Daily Drivers

    • Be the bridge between the business, customer success and medical team, ensuring there is an effective flow of communication that enables users to rapidly receive the
      appropriate support
    • Lead, inspire and coach the Customer Success team
    • Influence a positive, solutions-based and results-driven collaborative culture in the team
    • Work closely with product and marketing teams to communicate root causes for customer success or failure, and drive requirements for product enhancement and development
    • Escalate bugs and complaints identified in the system by our users and other team members
    • Ensure communication with users are up to SkinVision quality standards by guiding and mentoring
      team members
    • Handle the workload of the team to ensure well a balanced working environment and deliver
      solutions to users in a timely manner

    What you will bring in

    • Bachelor or HBO degree, preferably in public health, business, communications or related field
    • Demonstrated experience in sales, operations or account management is a plus
    • Experience leading and coaching teams
    • Excellent communication and facilitating skills, with a strong sense of commitment to our user needs
    • Experience in client-facing positions. Ability to quickly and clearly communicate with internal and external stakeholders
    • High degree of creativity, self-motivation and drive
    • Possesses the ability to analyse different data sets to uncover patterns and themes that lead to user/market insights
    • Proven ability to prioritise tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
    • A inspirational leader and team player with cross-functional awareness
